In Malaysia
Degrémont has been awarded thirty six contracts in Malaysia. The most recently completed contracts were Perlis Water Treatment Plant which included an operational period of six months. The plant was built on a turnkey basis (including the civil works) thus demostrating our strong design, build and operate (DBO) capability locally. This year we completed an industrial effluent treatment plant for Optimal in Kerteh.
Degrémont’s techniques, which are constantly being developed due to one of the largest investment programmes in research and development, provide ‘cutting edge technology’, combined with dependability and reliability.
There is now a strong awareness of our local capability due to the efforts made in promoting Degrémont’s expertise in Malaysia and throughout the region.
